Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business business days after payment is received and verified.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays and may vary based on order volume, product availability, or verification requirements.


Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Kenson Health Optimization ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for restricted locations or addresses that cannot be verified.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.


Risk of Loss

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the purchaser.

Kenson Health Optimization is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kensonhealth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

Verified issues may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.


All Sales Final

Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for additional information.
