All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the products offered by Kenson Health Optimization, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

Our products are intended strictly for research and educational purposes and are handled in controlled conditions. For safety, quality assurance, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returned products once they have left our facility.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kensonhealth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

If the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, Kenson Health Optimization is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
